We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive results.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and motivating the sales team
Overseeing daily sales operations
Assisting with deal structuring and approvals
Ensuring excellent customer experience
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Requirements:
Prior automotive sales management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish a must)
Reliable, organized, and results-driven
