North Shore Plate Lunch is a family-owned, fast-paced, authentic Hawaiian BBQ restaurant looking for an experienced, driven, and dependable Leadership Cook to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about great food, thrive in a high-energy environment, and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to meet you!

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a team member who is:
- Experienced in the food service industry
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- A natural leader with a strong work ethic
- Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Positive, respectful, and committed to creating a great team environment
- Adaptable and capable of handling the daily challenges of restaurant operations
- Willing to learn, follow established systems, and maintain high quality standards
- Customer-focused with a genuine Aloha spirit
- Able to communicate effectively and work well with others
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience required
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit (as required by local jurisdiction)
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends is required
- Must be available to work alternating opening and closing shifts
