Our growing company provides many advancement opportunities Everyone has what they need to make a difference What You Will Do As A Warehouse Systems Technician: Warehouse Systems Technician is responsible for the diagnosis and repair of loading docks, industrial doors, high-speed doors, compactors, balers, and other warehouse equipment at our customer locations. The Warehouse Systems Technician will be provided a company service truck with parts inventory to provide repairs. Job Duties: Answers phone calls from technicians and customers, providing technical support to fix issues. Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and repair issues properly. Perform planned maintenance services and breakdown repairs. Maintain a company service vehicle and parts inventory. Ability to work in various heights and confined spaces. Ability to work safely on a ladder. Perform in a team environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a good attendance record. Maintain positive customer relations and approach all situations in a tactful and professional manner. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training preferred. 1 or more years of maintenance experience in a service technician role in the material handling industry preferred. Other maintenance experience will be considered (military, automotive/diesel, building maintenance, etc.) Comprehensive knowledge of electrical ac/dc systems up to 480 volts, hydraulic, and mechanical operations. Welding experience is required. Certification preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and scissor lifts. Dock leveler and roll-up door experience preferred. Additional training will be provided. Have a valid CA driver’s license and a safe driving record. Ability to tow a trailer preferred. Occasional overnight traveling may be required. Some weekends and after-hours work may be required.
