Senior BI Analyst (Workers' Comp)

A company is looking for a Senior BI Analyst (Workers Comp). Key Responsibilities Own Workers' Compensation business intelligence by integrating and modeling WC data in Snowflake and building actionable Power BI dashboards Support WC program reporting across policy lifecycle and operational throughput, ensuring metric accuracy and alignment Drive advanced analytics using data mining techniques to support predictive modeling and trend analysis Required Qualifications 5-7 years of BI and data analysis experience, with a focus on P&C Insurance and Workers' Compensation preferred Expert-level skills in SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages Proven track record of delivering high-impact business insights and experience in stakeholder collaboration Advanced degree preferred (Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field)
