Pastry Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Akron Ohio As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of desserts pastries and baked goods Your role will involve developing new recipes maintaining high quality standards and ensuring the timely delivery of orders Key Responsibilities Create and execute dessert menus that meet our customers expectations Develop new recipes and continuously improve existing ones Prepare and bake a variety of desserts pastries and breads Decorate pastries and desserts in an appealing manner Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section Manage inventory and order necessary supplies Train new pastry team members as needed Requirements Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and methods Experience creating a variety of desserts pastries and breads Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards Excellent time management skills Strong attention to detail Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recipes Team player with excellent communication skills Salary We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month based on experience Location This position is located in Akron Ohio We welcome applicants from all backgrounds but prefer Malayalees or those fluent in English #J-18808-Ljbffr MasterFix Solutions
