Lead Front Desk & Patient Services Supervisor

The Conrad Pearson Clinic

The Conrad / Pearson Clinic PC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front office operations, manage staff, and liaise with patients on account matters. The role involves float responsibilities to satellite offices and ensuring accurate data entry and patient scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have several years in a physician office, strong supervisory skills, and experience with CPC Practice Management System and EHR. Occasional travel to satellite sites may be required.
