Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide group therapy sessions aimed at building skills and fostering community among clients, as well as individual therapy tailored to personal challenges.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care that addresses both mental health and social factors influencing wellness.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and training, ensuring familiarity with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a varied client population, including individuals navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
