This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and packaging equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.The ideal candidate is a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who enjoys solving problems, minimizing downtime, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll Work OnProduction and packaging equipmentConveyor systemsMotors and gearboxesPumps and mechanical assembliesPneumatic and hydraulic systemsSensors and electrical controlsAutomated manufacturing equipmentKey ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Diagnose equipment failures and respond quickly to minimize production downtime.Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, sensors, and related production equipment.Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities for equipment improvement.Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.Collaborate with production personnel to maximize equipment performance and reliability.Follow all company safety, quality, and GMP standards.Required Qualifications3-5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, sensors, and machine controls.Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an active manufacturing environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience within food manufacturing, dietary supplement manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or packaging environments.Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.Experience with conveyor systems and automated production lines.Welding or fabrication experience.Experience using a CMMS or maintenance tracking system.Why Join?Direct Hire OpportunityStarting Pay of $65,000 - $75,000 AnnuallyStable and Growing Manufacturing CompanyCareer Growth OpportunitiesModern Manufacturing FacilityHands-On Environment with Advanced Production EquipmentThis is a Permanent position based out of Vineyard, UT.The pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Medical • Dental • Vision • Health Savings Account (HSA) • Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) • Voluntary Life and AD&D • Voluntary Accident • Voluntary Hospital IndemnityThis is a fully onsite position in Vineyard, UT.This position is anticipated to close on Sep 7, 2026.
