Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2013 after working as a State Farm Agency Aspirant, gaining hands-on experience with another agent before stepping into ownership. Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an "all in it to win it" mentality. I'm a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and management. I'm married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. I also previously played professional golf, which shaped the competitive drive and discipline I bring into the agency. Giving back is a major part of who we are. I'm heavily involved with HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes, a veteran-owned organization, and spend significant time volunteering and supporting their mission. For our team, we offer commission and bonus opportunities, a 401k, health benefits, flexibility when needed, and reimbursement for licensing costs. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

• Our office is open 9:00 - 5:00 M-F Saturday by appt.
