About the Position The Late Night Freight Dispatcher plays a critical role in monitoring shipments, working with carriers and customers, and ensuring freight continues moving efficiently during after hours operations. This position is ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and enjoys solving problems quickly in a fast paced logistics environment. What ATS Offers Competitive salary Opportunity for additional performance incentives Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift: 4PM – Midnight Full benefits package: Health, dental, vision 401K with company match & profit sharing Paid Time Off Ongoing training & professional development Organized systems & advanced technology Your Role: Late Night Freight Dispatcher Monitor and manage active TL shipments during 2nd shift operations Quote, Book, and Schedule TL shipments. Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams Track freight and provide real time shipment updates Quickly resolve issues including delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and service disruptions Ensure accurate communication and documentation within company systems Coordinate load coverage and shipment updates as needed Maintain professionalism and urgency in high pressure situationsSupport customers by providing exceptional after hours service Work collaboratively with daytime operations teams to ensure seamless transitions Thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment Document retrieval and invoice reconciliation. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required) Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities Strong sense of urgency and accountability Dependable, self motivated, and team oriented mindset Comfortable working evening or overnight hours Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Integratedcooling
