Line Cook, (Non-Exempt)Hours: Part-Time Position, Every Other Weekend, 10:00am - 6:30pm Starting Wage: $18.90Position Summary: Prepares and serves meals according to menus prepared by the Dietary Manager, prescribed diets of the residents or dietary request by management. Ensures food is prepared, served, and stored using proper sanitation guidelines. Leads dietary personnel in maintaining cleanliness of work area and timeliness of meal service.Essential FunctionsPrepares and serves meals according to prepared menus, prescribed diets of the residents or dietary requests.Checks menus to thaw meat and schedule prep work for the week.Assists with clean up of pots and pans.
