Responsibilities Make memorable first and last impressions with a smile. Greet guests, seat them, and provide a smooth handoff to service staff. Coordinate wait and seat guests with a sense of urgency. Engage guests in genuine conversation. Support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards. Bus tables, deliver food, and support the dining room to fulfill guest WOW opportunities. Have general knowledge of the menu and recommend and upsell products. Answer the phone promptly and professionally, directing calls. Lead the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards. Assist guests and support servers as a Servers Assistant, including serving, clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. Requirements Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs. Work in hot and cold environments. Walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift). Frequently bend, reach, kneel, squat, and stoop. Manual dexterity for handling glassware, utensils, and technology systems. Move quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Visual ability to see distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral; adjust focus as needed in low or dim lighting. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
