The Data Governance Analyst plays a key role in advancing the organization's data governance framework, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across all business units. Experience in the areas of medical or health services preferred Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of four (4) years of additional relevant work experience is required for this position. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above. Key Qualifications Strong understanding of data governance principles and healthcare data management best practices Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and master data management concepts Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD-10, CPT) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
