About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Managed IT Services with a strong background in managed services, service delivery, and technology operations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in these areas, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Key responsibilities for the SVP include leading a 24/7 service delivery organization, owning the complete service delivery process for external clients, and being accountable for service quality, SLA achievement, and client escalations. The role also involves leading organizational and operational transformations, managing a large, multi-tier service delivery organization, and having executive accountability for financial and P&L management. Applicants must have a proven track record of leading a true external MSP or a comparable outsourced technology-services organization, with a focus on commercial service delivery and client retention. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing service KPIs, executive scorecards, and data-driven improvement plans. A strong understanding of workforce capacity, organizational design, and experience with service-management platforms and workflow automation is essential. The SVP will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree and industry certifications being a plus. The role requires a leader with executive presence, the ability to handle major client escalations, and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery and client satisfaction.
