Responsibilities Engage with potential customers at events to generate interest and leads. Educate attendees about our products and services in a professional and approachable manner. Represent Renewal By Andersen with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive brand image. Travel to designated event locations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on event requirements and company needs. A detailed review of role expectations will be provided upon hire. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Must be available for variable part‑time shifts (4–6 hours), including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, based on event scheduling needs. Successful candidates are highly communicative, personable, and comfortable engaging with prospective customers in a fast‑paced setting. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report check. Basic computer skills. Employment offer contingent on a clean, basic background check. Compensation Base pay starts at $16 per hour with paid training. Earn between $18-$25 per hour with generous commission incentives—your success is rewarded! Pay is subject to fluctuation based on seasonal demands and performance. Working & Physical Conditions Standing and moving for extended periods (up to 6+ hours) in fast‑paced event settings, engaging with a high volume of attendees. Comfortable initiating conversations in crowded, dynamic environments. Event setup duties include lifting and assembling canopies, tents, tables, and marketing materials (50+ lbs). Physical stamina required for setup, breakdown, and ongoing adjustments throughout the day. Work takes place both indoors and outdoors, requiring adaptability to various weather conditions like heat, cold, and wind. Event locations include festivals, trade shows, retail spaces, and large public venues. Mobility required to navigate event sites efficiently.
