Construction Project Manager | $100K - $150K Base Salary

Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the largest and most challenging projects from pre-construction through closeout. Responsibilities include:

Directing and mentoring project teams in partnership with Site Superintendents.
Overseeing estimating, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and execution.
Managing client relationships and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
15+ years of progressive GC experience managing ground-up commercial projects ($10M-$50M+).
Expertise in estimating, scheduling, cost control, negotiation, and financial reporting.
Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams.
Proficiency with project management tools (Procore preferred).
