Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant position offers broad exposure across multiple accounting functions, providing opportunities to leverage your expertise, contribute to our ongoing success, and grow within a collaborative team. You will rotate through areas such as revenue, payroll, fixed assets, leases, treasury, and consolidations, working closely with experienced directors and managers. Work environment: Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days from home Responsibilities Execute month-end close activities across various accounting functions with precision and efficiency. Support special projects, process optimizations, and system enhancements to maintain scalable operations. Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure financial accuracy and actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align accounting processes and enhance operational accuracy. Identify and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and controls with practical, innovative solutions. Adapt to evolving priorities while contributing positive energy to a collaborative team environment. Skill Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members. Advanced Excel skills Experience Bachelors Accounting, Finance,or related discipline 4+ years of experience in complex, multi-entity environment. Healthcare is not required Strong technical accounting skills with a focus on process optimization and scalability. Proven ability to excel in collaborative, fast-paced teams and adapt to a high-energy workplace. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and corporate accounting practices.
