Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and driven Program Quality Engineer for a position based in Grand Prairie, TX. You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the ATACMS team. What You Will Be Doing You will utilize Quality Engineering methods and leadership to evaluate and initiate actions to identify and control sources of variation detrimental to quality, cost, and schedule targets. Support root cause, corrective and preventive action investigations/ decisions/ validations. Candidate will assist various management, staff, vendors/suppliers, customers, and partners with initiatives to ensure compliance to customer contractual requirements and continuous improvement initiatives in the areas of cost, efficiency, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction. Play a key role in executing initiatives associated with the Quality organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting return to green plans for key quality metrics.
• Interfacing with Production, Shop Floor Quality Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering and customers.
• Support/Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
• Track and Support First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
• Support internal and external audits
• Collaborate with stakeholders/counterparts from various functions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Oversight of requirements implementation for assigned Suppliers
• Provide local customer interface
• Travel may be required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to start.
