Project Manager

A growing architecture firm is seeking a Project Manager / Project Architect to join its Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being heavily involved in project execution, client interaction, consultant coordination, and construction administration while remaining connected to the design process. The firm specializes primarily in mixed-use and multifamily developments, with projects ranging from 3-story townhomes to 30-story high-rises. While the Tampa office is currently small, the long-term vision is continued growth, offering strong visibility and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Be Doing Manage and coordinate mixed-use and multifamily projects from design through construction administration Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams Collaborate closely with designers and technical staff throughout all project phases Lead consultant coordination and project communication efforts Oversee QA/QC reviews and construction administration activities Mentor junior team members and help support project delivery efforts Work across multiple project phases simultaneously, typically managing 2–3 active projects Project Types Mid-rise and high-rise residential buildings Ground-up construction with some renovation work What They're Looking For 5–8+ years of architectural experience Strong mixed-use and/or multifamily project experience Experience with concrete and wood-frame construction preferred Ability to work independently and confidently manage project responsibilities Experience coordinating consultants and project teams Comfortable mentoring junior staff and delegating work appropriately Strong emotional intelligence and professional presence with clients Software Revit (firm operates entirely in Revit) Strong working knowledge preferred, but this is not a heavy production-focused role Why This Opportunity Stands Out Highly visible role within a growing Tampa office Direct collaboration with firm leadership Projects located throughout the country Regular collaboration with teams in Washington, DC and Los Angeles Roughly 60–70% repeat client base firmwide Opportunity to help shape the growth of the Tampa office Exposure to a wide variety of project scales and phases Travel opportunities for project kickoffs and team collaboration Schedule & Travel In-office role based in Tampa 4 days onsite per week (Monday and Wednesday anchor days) Occasional travel, typically around once per month For consideration, please send your resume and project list to View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
