Job Title: 1st Shift Mechanical Assembler (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire


We are seeking a reliable Mechanical Assembler to join a growing team responsible for building off-road vehicles and tractors. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for overtime in a clean and safety-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of components, including loaders, backhoes, and mid-mount mower attachments
• Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet specifications and operating requirements
• Assist with material movement and inventory control, including cycle counts
• Follow daily production schedules and communicate effectively with supervisors
• Repair units that do not meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Experience or training in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Equipment Used:

• Hand tools
• Overhead crane

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs
• Prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift

Work Environment:

• Clean shop setting with moderate noise levels
• Safety-conscious workplace; safety glasses and gloves provided, steel-toe shoes required
• Shop floor temperatures may be cool
