Clinical Pharmacist Position Details Facility: South Florida Baptist Hospital Location: Plant City, FL Status: PRN - As needed Shift: Variable Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
