Inventory Clerk

We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk on a direct hire basis for our client in the greater Culver City, CA area. Pay ranges from $23-25/hr. Roles and Responsibilities Review packing slips against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and enter data into the system. Work closely with buyers to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues. Maintain and update inspection logs for incoming and outgoing materials, while monitoring inventory within the inspection area. Coordinate with buyers and the production supervisor to issue materials and kits needed for production builds. Pull accessories for sales orders, process returns to suppliers, and manage external processing activities. Accurately record all inventory transactions in a timely manner. Support inventory accuracy by performing weekly cycle counts and assisting with annual physical inventory counts. Keep the warehouse organized, including proper bin labeling, tracking date codes, and following first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures. Perform additional related duties as required. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably with electronic components Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to work involving U.S. federal contracts. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
