Registered Dietitian

As a Nephrology Dietitian, you will use your clinical nutrition expertise to help patients living with kidney disease make informed choices that support their health, well-being, and quality of life. You will play an essential role in supporting the nutritional health of patients at Satellite Healthcare by: Assessing each patient’s individual nutritional needs and health goals. Developing personalized nutrition plans based on clinical needs, lifestyle, and patient preferences. Educating patients, families, and caregivers on nutrition strategies related to kidney disease. Collaborating with patients to establish achievable nutrition and wellness goals. Monitoring patients’ understanding, progress, and response to nutrition interventions. Working closely with the interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Minimum Qualifications Experience At least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Dietitian in clinical nutrition. Two (2) years of clinical nutrition experience preferred. Education Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field. Successful completion of a dietetic internship or supervised practice program. License & Certifications Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
