Behavior Technician RBT/BT Home Based

Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician BT/RBT to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Benefits Flexible scheduling options Employee referral bonuses Opportunities for career growth and advancement Duties and Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Accurately collect and record data on client progress Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment Schedule Monday through Friday. 4:30 PM -6:30 PM Flexible scheduling based on availability Requirements This position does not require an active RBT certification. However, candidates must have prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you are not currently certified, we can assist you with obtaining your RBT certification.
