Dermatology Health and Science Specialist (AD) - Minneapolis, MN

Pfizer seeks a field-based dermatology specialist to drive adoption of skin disease therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. The role combines clinical knowledge, sales expertise, and reimbursement navigation to expand patient access and improve treatment outcomes across a specialty dermatology territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office stakeholders through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with associate's, 10+ years with high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Specialty sales experience preferred, ideally in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation
• Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement pathways
• Ability to engage key opinion leaders and manage high-influence accounts
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
