Provides strategic and operational leadership within Hudson Regional Health System and is accountable for delivering high-quality HR services, workforce support, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Strategic Responsibilities Partner with leaders to align workforce initiatives with organizational objectives. Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Utilize workforce data to drive decision-making and improve outcomes. Operational Responsibilities Ensure efficient execution of day-to-day responsibilities and departmental processes. Promote service excellence and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Compliance Responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Support audits, accreditation reviews, and regulatory surveys. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. 7+ years of Human Resources experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
