Program Coordinator

Infant loss Resources
The Program Coordinator is a part-time role responsible for supporting families experiencing infant loss and implementing education programs. Key responsibilities include providing direct bereavement support, coordinating referrals, facilitating support groups, and maintaining case records. The coordinator also supports professional and community education, delivering training and resources to healthcare providers, first responders, and community organizations, and raising awareness of infant loss prevention and safe sleep practices.
This position requires flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends, as well as travel throughout the region.
Infant Loss Resources (ILR) provides compassionate, family-focused care and practical resources across Missouri and adjoining counties in Illinois and Kansas. The organization’s mission is to bring comfort, education, and hope to families experiencing the loss of an infant while promoting safe sleep education and prevention to reduce infant mortality.
