The Opportunity


We're hiring experienced F&B Operations Managers and Assistant General Managers for a premier, high-volume restaurant and entertainment group with multiple locations throughout the DC Metro and Northern Virginia markets.


These are not quiet operations. We're talking $3M-$6M in annual sales, 100% scratch kitchens, high-volume bar programs, and fast-paced environments where strong leadership matters.


If you know how to lead a busy floor, develop a large team, manage the numbers, and keep the guest experience strong when the building is packed, this could be an excellent next move.


What You'll Do

• Lead daily FOH operations in a high-volume restaurant and entertainment environment
• Manage, coach, and develop a large hospitality team
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and strong guest service
• Oversee bar and beverage operations while maintaining quality, consistency, and profitability
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth FOH/BOH execution
• Manage labor, scheduling, productivity, and operational costs
• Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability
• Maintain high standards across service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall presentation
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Maintain strong operational execution during peak-volume shifts
• Develop future leaders and strengthen the restaurant's management bench

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service, high-volume restaurant background
• Experience managing operations generating approximately $3M-$6M in annual sales
• Strong knowledge of bar and beverage operations
• Experience working with scratch-kitchen concepts
• Comfortable leading large teams in busy, complex operations
• Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, cost controls, and restaurant financial performance
• Ability to stay composed, organized, and decisive during high-volume service
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-development skills
• Entertainment, experiential dining, or similarly complex venue experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits


Base Salary: $70,000-$95,000 , based on experience and position
