Physical Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. The position requires a strong commitment to patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary health team. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders per physician orders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and deliver therapy sessions to patients across all age groups. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and compliance records. Communicate treatment goals, progress, and recommendations with patients, families, and medical staff. Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care plans. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA preferred. BLS/CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in school‑based or community‑based settings. Background in pediatric or geriatric services. Strong organizational and communication skills.
