The team consists of two Solution Consultants focused on Mirakl Connect, working alongside four Platform Consultants covering B2B customers across Southern Europe and the Middle East. Together, you’ll be helping sellers successfully onboard and grow through the Mirakl Connect ecosystem. About Mirakl Connect Mirakl Connect is Mirakl’s ecosystem platform, connecting marketplace operators and sellers to simplify partnerships, onboarding, and growth. Trusted by leading brands such as Macy’s and Lacoste, Mirakl Connect helps sellers discover new marketplace opportunities while enabling marketplace teams to efficiently onboard and manage their seller ecosystem at scale. Your Impact Guide new Connect customers through end-to-end onboarding — leading sessions, configuring accounts, and troubleshooting blockers in real time to drive fast and effective platform activation. Equip Mirakl Platform clients to independently onboard their own sellers by providing training, clear documentation, and scalable enablement resources including webinars and live walkthroughs. Develop deep expertise in Catalog Transformer — Mirakl’s AI-based catalogue management product — and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues. Track onboarding progress across your customer portfolio, maintain detailed records, and deliver structured feedback to continuously improve onboarding flows and the overall seller experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams to align on technical setup, surface insights from onboarding, and ensure guidance always reflects the latest platform capabilities. What You’ll Bring to the Role Experience 2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of directly onboarding or educating customers on a new solution Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Skills Customer onboarding and hands-on enablement Clear communication and presentation, including handling challenging customer interactions Operational rigour: tracking onboarding stages, documentation, and performance reporting Cross-functional collaboration across technical and commercial teams Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a high-growth environment Tools Used Mirakl Connect Salesforce Gong Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive) Confluence Dust Catalog Transformer Languages English: Full professional proficiency (required) French: Full professional proficiency (required) Spanish or Italian (a plus) Our Hiring Process Screening call with Talent Acquisition Interview with the Hiring Manager (business reviews and analytical skills) Values interviews with 3 team members #LI-Remote We welcome collaborators with their diverse perspectives and experiences to power us forward.
