Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development representative will receive hands on training and mentorship to learn about our products/services, and industry best practices. Roles and Responsibilities: Shadow experienced sales professionals during customer meetings, design meetings to gain practical insights into sales procedures Learn to effectively communicate how we differ from the larger industry, address customer inquiries and packaging challenges Work in collaboration with design and production to provide a seamless customer experience Creatively problem solve customers’ issues to improve their packaging Create, and maintain strong customer relationships Maintain thorough and detailed records of customer interactions, sales information and activity Continuously seek feedback and incorporate learning opportunities to enhance sales skills and performance Responsible for managing existing customers while focusing on growth and profitability through new customers. Track and submit weekly sales report to management Ideal Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Sales experience or similar field Effective communication, listening and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business environments Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Other: Compensation: TBD based on experience and qualifications Employment type: Full Time Location: ProtoPack, LLC, Franklin, OH Hours: M-F 8 AM – 5 PM Must pass drug screen and background check #J-18808-Ljbffr Protopack LLC
