Key Responsibilities: Assess holistic health needs, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement individualized care plans. Perform nursing procedures, including medication administration and emergency care. Collaborate on or lead health teaching and supportive counseling. Provide clinical direction and guide healthcare personnel. Ideal Candidate: Understands quality standards, procedures, and protocols. Has the ability to teach and oversee client care provided by assistive staff. Has the capacity to provide empathetic assistance to clients and carry out prescribed treatments. Is skilled in collecting objective data and recording information accurately. Is able to maintain composure and restrain negative behaviors in stressful conditions.
