Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients in the Pittsburgh area to understand their unique protection needs.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals that address specific risk exposures.

Maintain an active book of business by conducting regular policy reviews and updates.

Resolve client inquiries regarding billing, coverage, and claim processes with care and attention.

Network within the local community to increase our agency presence and reputation.

Collaborate with the broader team to ensure our service standards remain high for every policyholder.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Demonstrated history of managing client relationships and sales pipelines.

Strong command of local insurance market dynamics in Western Pennsylvania.

Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
