Requisition Number: 29171 Required Travel: 0 - 10% Employment Type: Full Time/Salaried/Exempt Anticipated Salary Range: $48,666.00 - $75,000.00 Security Clearance: Ability to Obtain Level of Experience: Entry Level HI Position Summary Full‑Time Project Management Analyst 1 to provide direct support within the Defense Logistics Agency Research and Development (R&D) program. This position may be located near Fort Belvoir, VA, or be remote. The role supports the Defense Logistics Innovation Research R&D Program by providing project guidance and updates to stakeholders, Project Managers, and support analysts. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between program stakeholders, project participants, government working groups, industry, and academia. Facilitate meetings. Support and monitor program and project objectives, metrics, opportunities, and strategic alignments. Assist with research and analysis for current and emerging technology reports. Submit various presentations, assessments, summary reports, and monthly reports to the project management team. Apply technology and program expertise to support various DLA R&D program initiatives and projects. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Minimum Qualifications 0 years experience with a Bachelor’s in a related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience. Project/program management or engineering experience preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET government security clearance. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Excellent customer and organizational level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects/priorities preferred. Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
