This position is responsible for acting as a liaison among Administration, Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and Graham Medical Group (GMG) clinic staff and the public, by performing duties in a professional, timely and conscientious manner.

Position Accountabilities

Provides confidential Administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Clinic Operations (SVP of Clinic Operations).

Serves as liaison in communication as desired by SVP of Clinic Operations with all appropriate individuals (Administrative Staff, Department Heads, Medical Staff, Board of Trustees, and Visitors).

Assists with the recruiting of qualified physicians for Medical Staff of the hospital and assists in the development of strategic physician recruitment plans for the institution.

Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards.

Attends various committee meetings as requested and serves as official meeting recorder.

Composes letters, memoranda, and special reports from dictation or from knowledge of hospital policy or procedures.

Position Qualifications:

Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training preferred

Sufficient previous secretarial experience

Sufficient managerial/supervisory experience
