Description

Responsibilities:

• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests' wins.
• Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.
• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolve service breakdowns when they exist.
• Promote programs and card membership.
• Provides a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting.
• Enforces company security/safety regulations.
• Guards transfer money and chips.
• Represents company and its property to ensure all Casino regulations are always adhered to.
• Operates motorized vehicle, i.e., company van.
• Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support the multi-casino Bad Beat system.
• Performs all security/safety related duties for Casino/Hotel.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $19.00 Hourly

Qualifications

Experience

Required: NJ Casino EE Registration

Preferred:

Good communication skills, organizational ability, and judgment as well as the ability to direct and manage people. Knowledge of the laws and regulations affecting the casino industry A broad knowledge of games and casino rules, procedures, and administration. Public relations and casino security experience desirable. High school degree or equivalent.
