Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, office and on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. We have our main facility in Norwalk, CT. As a LED Display Video Project Manager / Field Project Manage r, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, liaising with clients to ensure excellent service, supervising field teams, as well as executing some smaller builds and troubleshooting project challenges.
- The role demands strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain productivity and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of LED and Projection as well as playback systems and some Audio is required.
- Knowledge of Adobe suite is a plus.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and support field teams
- Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage project financials effectively
- A commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction on projects
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage tasks in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Experience in Novastar and Brompton mapping software required.
