Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Job Description Job Description We are looking to add a Personal Injury attorney to our team. The position will entail handling an established well organized docket of 100 personal injury cases, a percentage of which will require trial. The attorney will handle every aspect of each case, from filing suit, through discovery, to mediation, and trial. In return we are offering a position that includes a base salary, monthly performance bonuses, trial bonuses, growth potential, 401k and health benefits. Base salary with monthly bonus of fees recovered ($250,000+). We are looking for candidates with litigation experience who are looking to further their careers and add more first chair jury trial experience. The position is paired with two full time legal assistants dedicated to attorney who will run his own show without the oversight of larger law firms. We are a smaller law firm with an excellent reputation and over 30 years of repeat clients.
