Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with AEM 64 or later development
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture including Sites Assets Sling OSGi and Dispatcher
- Proven experience in integrating AIML services into AEM environments
- Proficiency in Java Lightly Sling Models OSGi JCR Maven Git
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and external service integrations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience working in Microsoft integrated environments, Azure SharePoint Teams Graph API
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as Azure AI OpenAI or TensorFlow especially in content or marketing tech
- Exposure to DevOps CICD pipelines and cloud based AEM deployments
- Knowledge of headless CMS and SPA frameworks is a plus.
