At Gloloft, we help our clients look and feel their best through customized airbrush tanning and exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No tanning experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training and will teach you everything you need to know to become a successful Glo Specialist.

What You'll Do

As a Glo Specialist, you'll be the face of the studio, helping create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and creating a welcoming environment
• Checking clients in and out using our booking system
• Performing customized airbrush tanning services after completing training
• Answering questions about services, memberships, products, and appointments
• Assisting clients with membership options and service recommendations
• Responding to calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Restocking products and supplies as needed
• Supporting studio goals through outstanding customer service and client retention

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable talking with clients and making recommendations
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the studio as needed
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, beauty, or fitness is a plus but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn $35$50 per hour (base pay, commission, and tips)
