Hospice Physician Designee: Care Oversight & Leadership
Gentiva Hospice
Gentiva Hospice is seeking a Hospice Physician Designee to provide direction and oversight for patient care across multiple locations, reporting to the Medical Director. The role ensures plans of care are medically appropriate and implemented, with on-call support and leadership for the IDG.
The position emphasizes clinical excellence, supervision of hospice providers, and collaboration with community medical groups, with travel to Colorado Springs and Pueblo as needed.
