Sr. Business Development Manager - Construction Sales

Sr. Business Development Manager - Construction Sales Location: Sunnyvale, CA, US Job Description Business development/sales. Work with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, establish and grow client relationships, drive sales goals and metrics, lead pursuit activities, conduct presentations and meetings, negotiate/close deals, and identify/address client needs and issues. Qualify clients, contacts, and projects, work with clients to ensure projects exceed expectations, and coordinate closeout/follow‑up. Flexible hybrid work schedule. Requirements 5+ years of proven business development/sales experience in the Bay Area, specifically in Commercial Construction of tenant improvements, life science, automotive, or education projects OR a clearly transferable industry‑adjacent space. Strong personality, communication and negotiating skills, and self‑motivated. Solid industry contacts and a book of business specific to the Bay Area.
