Lindamood Inc. busca un Operador de Maquinaria Pesada capacitado y enfocado en la seguridad para apoyar proyectos de trabajo de tierra, demolicin, servicios pblicos y desarrollo de sitios. Este puesto es responsable de operar de manera segura el equipo de construccin pesada para apoyar las operaciones diarias del proyecto, manteniendo la productividad, la calidad y los estndares de seguridad.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Operar de manera segura maquinaria pesada de construccin, incluyendo excavadoras, bulldozers, cargadoras de ruedas, retroexcavadoras, motoniveladoras, cargadores compactados, rodillos y otros equipos asignados.
- Realizar inspecciones previas y posteriores a la operacin y reportar necesidades de mantenimiento o reparacin.
- Sigue los niveles de calificacin, los planos de sitio y las indicaciones del supervisor para completar el trabajo de manera precisa y eficiente.
- Cargar, mover y colocar materiales segn sea necesario para las actividades del proyecto.
- Trabaja de cerca con supervisores y miembros del equipo para cumplir con los cronogramas de los proyectos y las metas de produccin.
- Mantn un rea de trabajo limpia y segura.
- Ayudar con el trabajo general de trabajo y las actividades de apoyo en el sitio segn sea necesario.
- Sigue todas las polticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
Calificaciones
- Experiencia operando maquinaria pesada de construccin en un entorno de construccin, trabajo de tierra, demolicin o desarrollo de sitios.
- Slido entendimiento de la operacin del equipo, prcticas de seguridad y mantenimiento preventivo bsico.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente como parte de un equipo.
- Capacidad para leer y seguir instrucciones, calificaciones y planes de proyecto.
- Fuerte tica de trabajo, confiabilidad y atencin a la seguridad.
- Se requiere licencia de conducir vlida.
Calificaciones Preferidas
- Se prefiere la licencia CDL, pero no es obligatoria.
- Experiencia con control de mquinas GPS y sistemas de control de grado.
- Experiencia trabajando en proyectos de construccin civil a gran escala, infraestructura o obras viales.
Requerimientos Fsicos y Ambiente de Trabajo
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en condiciones climticas variables, incluyendo calor, fro, viento, polvo y lluvia.
- Capacidad para subirse y bajarse del equipo durante la jornada laboral.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.
- Capacidad para trabajar alrededor de equipos de construccin activos y condiciones cambiantes del sitio de trabajo.
- Debe poder usar el equipo de proteccin personal (EPP) requerido.
