Jr. Graphic Designer - Bilingual (Korean/English)

Position Summary The Junior Graphic Designer will support the development and execution of a wide range of creative materials, including brand assets, packaging, marketing collateral, digital content, and visual concepts. While strong graphic design fundamentals are essential, hands-on experience with brand design and/or packaging design is highly preferred. The successful candidate will be highly organized, receptive to feedback, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and passionate about creating visually compelling work that is aligned with established brand standards. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of brand assets, packaging designs, marketing collateral, digital creative, and other visual communications in alignment with established brand guidelines. Assist with the creation and maintenance of brand identity assets, including typography, color, imagery, layouts, and other visual elements. Execute frequent design revisions and artwork updates with a high level of precision, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring final deliverables are accurate and production-ready. Prepare artwork and creative files for internal review and final production, ensuring specifications, dimensions, formats, and other requirements are met. Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revision cycles simultaneously while effectively prioritizing work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Participate in creative reviews, accept and incorporate feedback professionally, and continuously refine design skills and technical capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a consumer products, retail or brand-focused environment. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color theory, hierarchy, layout, visual consistency, and production-ready artwork. Demonstrated ability to execute designs accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality. Experience with brand design, visual identity, or packaging design is highly preferred. Experience creating 2D packaging mockups, product concepts, or presentation-ready visuals is a strong plus. Understanding of artwork production, print specifications, file preparation, and basic packaging production workflows is preferred. Bilingual in English and Korean strongly preferred.
