Diabetic Nurse Educator – Maternal Child | Las Vegas, NV Are you a passionate RN with a knack for patient education and a heart for maternal care? We're looking for a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patients navigating a diabetes diagnosis. What You’ll Do: Deliver individual and group diabetes education sessions tailored to patient and family needs Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical diabetes education programs Collaborate with care teams to support lifestyle changes including nutrition, medication, activity, and glucose monitoring Document and report using EMR and Microsoft Office tools What You’ll Bring: 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting 1+ year as a diabetes educator CDCES certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire) BLS certification (AHA accepted) This is a rewarding opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with your passion for education — helping patients build the knowledge and confidence to manage their health long‑term. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elios Healthcare
