Registered Nurse - High Risk Obstetrics

This is a 13-week contract position.

Location: Issaquah, WA

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30).

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in High Risk Obstetrics to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in caring for postpartum patients and managing high acuity situations, including handling a 4 couplet patient load. As a key member of our nursing team, you'll support a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage postpartum patients following delivery.
• Administer medications including magnesium sulfate and Pitocin.
• Perform responsibilities for managing postpartum hemorrhage.
• Provide care for high-risk obstetric patients.
• Support patients experiencing substance withdrawal as required.
• Assist with patient float assignments between Issaquah and Edmonds campuses as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in High Risk Obstetric nursing.
• Active compact RN license required.
• Current certifications in BLS and NRP.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
