Position Overview:

We are seeking a Las Vegas-based Senior Network Consultant to design, implement, and optimize complex enterprise networking environments. This position is focused on the Gaming/Hospitality sector and involves hands-on configuration across Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, and SD-Access implementation. You will be a crucial player in supporting client infrastructure, focusing on complex routing, security, and high-availability solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Architecture: Design enterprise-grade HLD/LLDs for Cisco ACI fabrics, SD-WAN, and Catalyst Center (SD-Access) environments.
• Implementation & Escalation: Lead the deployment of complex network infrastructures and act as the final point of escalation for technical cuts.
• Customer Facing Excellence: Act as the trusted advisor for VAR clients. You must translate technical complexities into business value for stakeholders.
• Gaming Sector SME: Navigate the unique compliance, low-latency, and high-availability requirements of the Gaming industry.
• Infrastructure & Automation: Master BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN-EVPN across Nexus 9K and Catalyst 9K platforms.
• Automation (IaC): Automate network configuration and deployment using tools like Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Security Integration: Implement and manage Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto Prisma/PAN-OS and Fortinet FortiGate) and SASE solutions.
• Collaboration & Compliance: Ensure all networking components adhere to industry-specific security and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in networking; mandatory background in VAR/Consulting.
• Certification (Mandatory): Active CCIE Data Center or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Technical Mastery: SME-level expertise in Cisco ACI (Multi-Pod/Multi-Site), SD-WAN (Viptela), and Catalyst Center.
• Networking Fundamentals: Deep proficiency in BGP, OSPF, VXLAN-EVPN, and Load Balancing (F5/Citrix).
• Location: Based in Las Vegas or documented willingness to relocate immediately.
• Advanced Security: Experience with deep integration of Cisco ISE and SASE (Cato, Versa, or Arista/Silver Peak).
• Multi-Vendor/Cloud: Proficiency in Palo Alto ecosystems and native cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Industry Depth: Proven track record delivering specialized network operations within the Gaming/Hospitality sector.
