Operations Manager

Our client needs an Operations Manager for its Investment Casting operation. This is a new role being created with the intent of promoting this person to the role of General Manager (Plant Manager) in a few years. This is an excellent, growing company and they need someone with a growth mindset. They produce parts primarily for the aerospace and defense industries. What they are looking for: Expertise in Investment Casting Operations Management and understanding of the technical issues surrounding Investment Casting. 7+ years’ Experience in Production Leadership. Exposure to Improvement Initiatives. Working Knowledge of Six Sigma Problem-Solving Techniques. BS in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Equivalent Experience preferred.
