Home Infusion Billing Specialist

To enhance revenue cycle management, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while reducing denial rates and bad debt. Key responsibilities: Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues, utilizing payer portals for claim disposition Analyze denial trends, recommend process improvements, and take corrective actions to ensure successful collections Document case activities and communicate effectively with franchise partners and internal departments regarding collection statuses Required qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections Proven understanding of billing and collection processes across various payer types Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities and documentation Experience in a remote work environment is preferred but not required
