If you're looking for meaningful work with a mission-driven team, you'll feel right at home here.We're offering our Experienced Maintenance Technician:Competitive pay of $21.69/hourHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planPensionPaid holidaysGenerous PTOCompany-issued phone and vehicleCompany-provided tools and work shirtsEXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of hands-on residential or commercial maintenance experienceBasic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skillsAbility to serve properties in Chardon, Newbury, Middlefield, and Chagrin FallsHigh school degree or equivalentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordBonus CriteriaTechnical certification or vocational training in a skilled trade (HVAC, electrical, building maintenance, etc.)3+ years of progressive maintenance experience, preferably in public housing or multi-unit residential propertiesProficiency with work order systems and property management softwareWHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN?Work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available and an on-call scheduleComplete scheduled maintenance, preventative services, and work order repairs in compliance with HUD regulations, local codes, and safety protocolsPerform routine and non-routine repairs on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systemsComplete carpentry and drywall workTurnover vacant units (painting walls, cleaning spaces, ensuring compliance with quality standards, etc.)Inspect and maintain equipment (boilers, water heaters, smoke detectors, etc.) on schedule to prevent breakdownsClearly document the work you performTreat tenants professionally and their living spaces respectfullyAssist with other responsibilities as neededARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?Can you see yourself excelling as our Experienced Maintenance Technician?
